During the interactive sessions, Jindalites were apprised about the challenges and issues of ‘mutual respect’, ‘gender sensitivity’, ‘cyber-safety’ and ‘physical-safety’ that teenagers face. The well executed workshop offered a safe and non-judgemental platform to the girls where they voiced their fears and challenges that they counter and they learned how to build up a powerful body language that is always vigilant of the surroundings and the probable risks that they might come across. The trainers focused on ‘Anti-Kidnap Drill,’ wherein Jindalites were schooled about the importance of discrimination while trusting people and defensive martial techniques were taught and practised to fight back in real life situations.
