10 Students of Vidya Devi Jindal school participated in the Block Level Legal Literacy Competition organized by Haryana Legal Services Authority at Small Wonder Public School Hisar on December 05, 2022. The competition was the part of legal literacy awareness campaign by Haryana Government among the school students. The competition was organized in various events such as debate, declamation, skit, Quiz, PPT presentation, essay writing, on the spot painting etc. on themes like Human Rights, Ragging, Dowry, Female foeticide, Child Marriage etc. The students of VDJS performed very well winning prizes in many events.

1. Aasmi of class XI bagged First Prize in Essay Writing

2. Vishakha, Anoushka and Jiana of class XI bagged Second Prize in Quiz.

3. Anayika and Sahana of class XI bagged Second Prize in Debate

4. Yasvi Phogat of class XI bagged Second prize in PPT Presentation

5. Shriya Khetan of class XI secured Third Place in On the spot Painting.

The winners were felicitated with certificates and cash prizes by the Chief Guest the Block Education Officer.
