In its continuous endeavour to provide better services, VDJS conducted a two-day training session for the staff of the Dining Hall on the 21st & 22nd of January 2023. The resource person, Mr. Vinod Kumar, HOD Food & Beverage, IEC-IHM Gr Noida, sensitised the trainees about the importance of hygiene, the benefits of teamwork, cost control in the kitchen, and staff behaviour with students, guests, management, and subordinates for an efficacious functioning of the Food Department of the school.
