Students were told about Ultrasonic Sensor HC-SR04, this type of sensor use non-contact
technology to measure the distance of the object from the sensor. Its range is from 2cm to
400 cm. The ultrasonic sensor works on the principle of SONAR and RADAR system which is
used to determine the distance to an object. An ultrasonic sensor generates the high-
frequency sound (ultrasound) waves.
Its Application and uses. How it works and distance is calculated.

Students were divided in the group for further research and then to prepare the project.
