The 65th National Shooting Championship (NSCC) in  Air Rifle and in Pistol were held at  Vattiyoorkkavu Shooting Range, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 20th November – 9th December 2022, and at M.P. Shooting Academy Shooting Ranges, Goregaon, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from  20th  November -12th  December 2022 respectively.

Seven students from VDJS were awarded the ‘Renowned Shot’ and successfully qualified in the following categories and selected to participate in the INTERNATIONAL SELECTION Trial I & II

10 Meter Air Rifle Youth Woman Individual Categories-

Jindalite, Karen Randhawa was awarded ‘Renowned Shot’ in 10 Meter Air Pistol Youth Woman Individual Category and qualified for the upcoming KSSM Shooting Championship. All 28 states, 09 UTs, Army, Navy, Air force, Para Military forces, NCC, Indian Railway, Air India, ONGC, and all shooting institutes and approximately 19900 shooters participated in the event at Bhopal. Kudos to the winners!
