On the occasion of International Yoga Day 21 June 2020 nine students(Nishtha Jain, Manasavi Garg, Gracy Jindal ,Hrishita Agarwal , Anushka Singh , Harshita Ramraika , Praveena.S ,Laxmi Kumari and Jahnvi) participated in the Parampara Utsav.It was organized by NPSC in partnership with SPIC MACAY wherein the children were addressed by The Honourable Vice President of India. It was a platform wherein children of different schools shared their views about Yoga.
The Ministry of Ayush, Government of India organised the campaign Yoga at Home to encourage the practice of Yoga with family members to counter the effects of the viral infection, while practicing all precautionary measures to slow down the spread of COVID-19. Staff and students took part in this with full enthusiasm and posted their videos and photos on social media.
Seven girls (Nishtha Jain, Manasvi Garg, Harshita Ramraika, Praveena .S, Hargun Kaur, Jahnvi and Gracy Jindal) participated in the My Life my Yoga video blogging competition by the Ministry of Ayush, announced by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. They posted their videos and photos with benefits of Yoga on social media
Three students(Nishtha Jain, Nikita and Damini Bishnoi) participated in Bliss Yoga organised by BPS School, Pilani. They shared pictures doing a set of asanas. They also attended a live session through Microsoft Teams wherein they were given a brief about Yoga, did warm up exercises and some asanas and pranayamas.
The girls and members of the faculty shared their videos performing asanas on the occasion of International Yoga Day. A montage of the same has been uploaded on the School website

HALASAN, DHANURASAN, PADAHASTASAN and practiced PRANAYAM and ended the session
