Mrs. Neelam Rai has a double Masters in Economics and Hindi. With 25 years of teaching experience she has been serving VDJS since 2003. In the course of her journey at School she has shouldered various responsibilities be it academic, pastoral or co curricular with aplomb. She helps her students become independent learners by refining their research and analytical skills. Creation of a vibrant learning environment with active student engagement is her forte. She loves to constantly take up new responsibilities and is a valuable addition to any team
Mr Dinesh Kumar has a Masters degree and B.Ed in Commerce. With an experience of 20 years, he has been working in VDJS since 2006. Equipped with a focused and goal oriented attitude, he enriches his educational repertoire with real life examples and current trends in the sector. Prioritising concept clarity, dynamic educational trends, skills inculcation among students and an impeccable CBSE track record are his distinctive traits. His passion for building strong character of his students has made him an integral part of the IAYP award programme. The students’ response to his compassionate and inspirational counselling motivates him to coordinate the Academic Support Center in the School. He loves to explore new places and enjoys indulging in some retail therapy.
Ms. Neha Sharma has a Masters degree and M Phil. in Commerce. Energetic, compassionate and endowed with good communication skills the students find her a very lively presence. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and has been serving VDJS since 2008. She gainfully utilises her subject expertise and enthusiasm to enhance the learning experiences of her students. As an advocate of innovative pedagogy she brings a wide range of teaching strategies to her classroom instruction. Her influence extends to the field of behaviour management, classroom management, conflict management and student counselling. A person of multiple interests her non-academic pursuits are baking, gardening and interior designing.
With an impressive track record of more than 25 years as an academician and as an educator, Mr.Jogai has got a rich experience in the field of Administration, Educational Program, Planning, Counseling and Public Relations. His qualifications include a Masters in Economics and a B.Ed degree.
Having worked with good Corporate Schools of the Aditya Birla Group and the JK Tyres, he began his second stint with VDJS in 2020. He is a passionate teacher with a sound subject knowledge of Economics, Personal Finance, Banking and Global Markets. Always ready to explore new ideas in the subject matter he has a flair for teaching Economics through real life examples.
He possesses a very helpful, humble, calm and soft-spoken nature. He believes in exploring the child’s inherent abilities and provides guidance whenever and wherever required. He is a strong advocate of a free and happy learning atmosphere at all places for children of all ages.
