VDJS Staff, Ms Neelam Sharma, Ms Neelam Rai, Mr Dinesh Kumar, Mr Rishi Kumar Sharma, and Mr Paramjeet Singh, attended a three-day orientation workshop at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad from 20th-22nd May, 2024 on ‘Vision for Holistic Value-Based Education’ as per the vision of NEP 2020. The resource person, Dr Gopal Babu, dwelt in detail on the importance of ‘self’ and motivated the teaching community to introspect and urged them to be earnest contributors to the progress of themselves and also the young learners, assisted by right understanding and natural acceptance. The enlightening session also highlighted the significance of mutual harmony, coexistence and value education and how it is distinct from moral education. The orientation programme came to a close with the Validation Ceremony, felicitated by Mr.Vishwajeet Shah, Director of Skill Education CBSE, and Mr RP Singh, Joint Secretary of Skill Education,.
