Mayar Diaries– Self Defense Session
VDJS Taekwondo Coach, Mr Rakesh Sharma and his student team spearheaded a Self-Defence Session for the students and staff of the Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Mayar, in the Auditorium on 31st August. The attendees were instructed and made to practice a variety of techniques for punches, blocks, and kicks of punches, blocks, and kicks and were briefed about the ‘one hand technique’ of self-defense.
