Session on Mental Health Awareness

A session on ‘Mental Health Awareness’ was piloted on campus for classes IV-VI on 10th October to commemorate ‘World Mental Health Day’. During the detailed interactive session, Dr Sameena Ansari, Senior Life Skills Counsellor, briefed Jindalites about the importance of mental health, common emotional well-being challenges- anxiety, depression, stress, and the coping mechanisms amid crises like, exercise, mindfulness, talking to trusted adults. The session provided a supportive environment for open discussions on sensitive emotional well-being challenges.
