IPSC Capacity Building Programme (CBP)
VDJS staff, Ms Geeta Verma and Ms Monika attended a two-day, in-service training for IPSC Educators, Capacity Building Programme(CBP), from 16th-17th November. The programme, themed, ‘Digital Pedagogy & Learning Outcome based School Education’, was hosted by the Punjab Public School, Nabha, wherein, eight esteemed IPSC schools across India participated. Distinguished luminaries like Dr Sumer Singh, Former IPSC Chairman, Dr. D.C. Sharma, Headmaster of PPS, Nabha, Capt. A.J. Singh, and Dr Varun Kapoor shared valuable insights about practices for professional growth, distinct mindsets for navigating the real and virtual worlds to ensure safety in this digital era, and the importance of framing learning outcomes in alignment with NEP 2020. The session offered thought-provoking methodologies to educators to further strengthen the teaching-learning process at schools.
