Diya-Making Workshop for Children of ‘Bheekh Nahin Kitab Do’
An enriching Diya-making activity was organised for children of Bheekh Nahin Kitab Do NGO at VDJS by the Sculpture Department on 11th October. The event aimed to promote creativity and cultural awareness among the students about the significance of the diyas in Diwali celebrations. The students learned how to mould clay into the traditional diya shape. The team created more than 100 diyas and was provided with the moulds so they could make more diyas for their upcoming DIYA SALE.
