A virtual conference was organised on 7th February by Nahda University, Egypt in partnership with Educational Consultants India Limited or EdCIL – a central government enterprise and consultancy and project management organisation. Jindalites from Class XI along with students from different Indian schools took part in the session on the theme-‘Egyptian-Indian Dialogue for Higher Education for Sustainable Development. In the highly interactive session, the students exchanged their views about the relationship between India and Egypt with regard to education, business, and culture and also discussed how to have stronger ties to promote the welfare of both countries. At the conference, EdCIL announced 10 fellowships for Egyptian students of Nahda University in Beni Suef to carry out postgraduate studies at both master’s and doctorate levels in different scientific fields at Indian universities. It was further shared that a large number of Egyptian students have availed the Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarships in leading universities in India.
