Muskan Service project, Mayo College Girls

A team of ten delegates participated in the Community Service Project, ‘Muskaan’ hosted by Mayo College, Ajmer, from 4th-6th December.  Five esteemed schools collaborated in the three-day initiative that focused on developing the infrastructure of two educational institutions — an Anganwadi pre-school and a government primary school in Kalyanipura, a village in Ajmer. During the programme, students actively participated in masonry work, constructing bathroom walls to enhance sanitation facilities. They also built and painted the boundary walls of both schools, aiming to create a more vibrant and welcoming learning environment. This initiative provided students with hands-on experience in community service, fostering empathy, teamwork, and a sense of social responsibility.
