On 29 June, the Principal chaired virtual staff meeting. At the outset, she warmly welcomed the staff members on joining the school (virtually albeit) after summer vacation. Thereafter, she conducted a session on ‘Scripting the New Normal’ wherein she exhorted the staff members to pursue Pedagogical Leadership in the second phase of the teaching-learning process. She beautifully inspired the staff members to strive for transforming their classrooms into thinking rooms, conducting assessments as a tool for teaching better, creating an emotionally safe and joyful learning environment, and thus giving valuable contribution in making the learning processes dynamic and developing student-centric approach.
